Who I Help
You’re tired of letting anxiety get in the way of what’s important to you. You feel panicky and on edge, your heart beats out of nowhere, but you’re not sure why or how to stop it.
You find yourself with low motivation and dread when it comes to tending to your responsibilities. Your inner critic is so loud and constantly making statements such as, “You’re not good enough”.
You’re not sure how to socialize and second guess everything you say to others. This leads you to feeling lonely and isolated from your peers.
You see your child struggling with big feelings and it seems to take over the whole household. It feels like you’ve tried everything you can think of to offer support, but you’re not seeing any significant change.
I’m here to tell you that you do not need to carry the emotional weight on your own. Let me ride the wave with you and help you gain a deeper understanding of your internal world.
I am here to act as your teammate throughout your mental health journey. Let’s work together as a team to build your coping skills toolbox, so you can navigate life confidently and get closer to your life goals.

Our Commitment to Giving Back
Wanda’s Wings
Light Minds Child and Family Therapy is committed to helping those inside and outside of the therapy space. I donate 8% of each service fee to help patients struggling with Alzheimer’s disease and their families. This is a cause very near and dear to my heart, as my hero, my Grandma Wanda, passed away from Alzheimer’s disease in June 2022.
Grandma’s are incredibly special and I miss mine every single day. My Grandma Wanda was brave, silly, kind-hearted, incredibly resilient, and unapologetically herself. She provided so much love to those around her. In fact, she was called “Mom” and “Grandma” by many of those who were lucky enough to meet her. Although Grandma Wanda is no longer physically here, my hope is to carry on her legacy and share her love with others through “Wanda’s Wings”.
